      IMG_8681The Vermi-bed from ‘The Kohinoor Tarpaulin’ with special features is designed to produce 100 % high quality Bio fertilizer (organic fertilizer) which is the renovation of organic waste.  We are engaged in offering a wide range of Vermi Bed made out of HDPE / PVC to our clients Organic fertilizer is nothing but fertilizer produced by decomposition of organic waste of agro based products. This fertilizer provides all sixteen types of main, subsidiary and micro-nutrients with different vitamins and digestive elements. Traditionally cement structures were used for the purpose but of late portable beds made from plastics have made entry into the market. These synthetic beds enjoy greater advantages over the traditional ones in terms of space, durability, ease of handling, yield of compost, cost, etc. We manufacture Vermi  beds from two types of fabrics called as HDPE fabric and PVC fabric in standard size 12 ft x 4ft x2ft as well as custom size as per customer requirement.

Type: 

HDPE Fabric Vermi Bed – Available in size 3600 x 1200 x 600mm (LxWxH), this Vermi bed is manufactured as per IS: 15907:2010. Generally it is made of 350 (ISI marked) and 450 gsm fabric. It is Ultraviolet light Stabilized, Flexible and affordable, Easy to handle and install. Available with facility for ventilation and. Provision of outlet in the bottom corner for collection of vermiwash. There is a better distribution and availability of nutrients to the crop in soils where vermin compost is used. Minimum loss of water through evaporation when vermi compost is applied. This results in reduced irrigation requirement in the crop.

PVC fabric Vermi Bed – To manufacture this range of the products, we make use of superior grade PVC fabrics. Our offered range of this product is available in various sizes, colors and thickness ranges from 600 to 1500 gsm Features: Fine finish, Durability – Thrice Of HDPE vermi Bed, Weather resistance, High ultraviolet rays’ resistance capability.
